How Do I Place An Order?
Use the web site to order, any questions email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be sure to include the style, color and product number.
Payment and Shipping
Include your name, mailing address, telephone number and preferred method of payment. We accept Visa and MasterCard and PayPal.
Shipping: If your item is in stock it will be shipped within a few days. Orders will be shipped via Canada Post unless courier service is requested by telephone.
Please allow a week or so if I have to make it, as each one is hand-made.

Hartman Leather uses the top secure online payment provider Stripe and is in full compliance with their policy. While all efforts are made to keep customer information secure, targeted attacks can occur and breaches may happen. This information will never be rented or sold to any third party.
No customer credit card data is kept on Hartman Leather computers.
Returns & Refunds
Please order carefully. As all pieces are handmade there are NO REFUNDS NO EXCHANGE by mail. Exchange is in-store only.
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date).
This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
